HOW TO HANDLE STRESS DAILY

How To Handle Stress daily.
If you are reading this, there is chances that you've been stressed at one point or the other before.
That is why I want to show you a little trick that you can use to handle stress on a daily basis.
STEP 1: Lie down in bed on your back....away from the distraction or noise etc.
STEP 2: Close your eyes and put yourself in the zone where nothing else matters (very important)
STEP 3: Take a long deep breath in....Then Breathe Out. Make sure you do it as slowly as you can.
STEP 4: Concentrate on your breathing as if that is the only thing that matters in the world.
STEP 5: Do this continuously for 10-15 minutes or as long as you can.
By the time you do this, and you get up, you will feel like a big "weight" has been taken off your shoulders.
When next you feel stressed up from the days job,from taking care of the kids, from going through life circumstances...
Try this STRESS KILLER technique at home, and you'll see a "BIG" difference.
